Bonus Content: Pony Doomsday

zap

Better late than never, it’s another pony round table with me, Neil, and Kara exploring the highs and lows of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic Season 4. CLICK HERE or on the image above to download our review of the show.

Review in a Nutshell: This is a long one, nearly two hours of pony-related nerdiness, including an episode-by-episode breakdown of the entire season.

I apologize for the sound quality in this one; it was the first episode I recorded using the new recording method, and I still hadn’t quite figured out how to mix the levels while recording through Skype.

Ah – I’m always…amazed at your in-depth discussions on MY LITTLE PONY: FRIENDSHIP IS MAGIC, Paul.

If only you would put as much effort into JUSTICE LEAGUE UNLIMITED at some point….

Maybe someday, Tim. I don’t want to do too many non-movies, though. Between the Bonus Content and Anime Fun Time, I’m afraid I could easily stray away from the central concept of movies.

  3. The Sea Ponies have already been introduced in the MLP comic. FYI.

I’m premptively nominating season five to be Pony Cataclysm.

  5. gooberzilla says:

Then season six would have to be Mists of Pony-daria…

  6. Season 7 could be The Fall of Pony-dinium.

  7. Or, alternately, the Fall of Hy-pony-um.

  8. Chris Mosher says:

I am not a big fan of MLP but I find your pony shows to be rather entertaining. It’s nice to know that if something’s goes horribly wrong with my life and I end up with a girl child it’s really nice to know that there is a quality show for her.
I wonder if you are aware that Ashleigh Ball (rainbow Dash) is also the lead singer of a band named Hey Ocean? I have been listening to them for years because they are featured often enough on the public radio station in here in Canada. The YouTube video comments get rather humorous as brony and indie hipster meet.

  9. Not being into this at all, I love listening in as well just so I’ll feel like I even have a care in the world for this stuff!

I have to agree with Chris&Chris – no interest in MLP:FiM, but love that you put so much effort into your podcasts on them! They’re always a fascinating listen….
