Despite the presence of Chris Tucker, The Fifth Element is the Greatest Movie EVER!
This movie contains:
Tiny Lister, Space President.
Space Ducks.
Space Orcs.
The most annoying man in the galaxy.
Oh, yeah, Milla’s in it, too. (MULTI-PASS!)
COMING SOON!
You know, a little Noxzema could clear that up…
sounds great paul!
Badass. I love this movie, can’t wait to hear what you(s) gotta say about it. 😀
Now you’ve done it.
Lady, I only speak two languages:
“Good English and Bad English.”
What do you mean DESPITE the presence of Chris Tucker?! D:
This movie was actually on over the weekend, and as I hadn’t seen it in quite a while, I watched. Great stuff. Good choice for a review.
I, for one, could think of no one better to play a prissy, thoroughly annoying radio personality than Chris Tucker.
And if you don’t like the “liftoff” scene, just watch it on TNT. It’s cut to pieces.
Annoying radio personality? What about Christian Slater in “Pump Up the Volume”? Now, that was annoying.
Speaking of annoying . Did anyone see the skit family guy had of Chris Tucker in TPOC 2 ?
What the hell is TPOC 2?
The Pirates of Carribean 2?
The Passion of the Christ 2 : Crucify This !

I once had to go on national radio in
Ireland when I was 16 and defend this film from a DJ who thought the entire film existence could be justified if you could get a glimpse of Mila’s goods…
And when I had finished taking him to town over it, the silly sonofabitch sent me out a copy of the tie-in novel and a t-shirt! For Free!
Ha-ha! What a world!
P.S. Paul, you said the DVD of this looked good even now. Which DVD of it do you own: regular or ultimate?
Having finally seen the movie and re-listened to the podcast I just thought I’d throw down something you might like. You were talking about liking the bulking armor of the future police and I really got the impression they were suppose to be cockroaches. Their armor is brown and their blast shields are slung onto their backs giving them the impression of wings.
