A Series of Questionable Hairpieces.

Hold on to your humanity, because Nemesis (1992) is the Greatest Movie EVER!

Review in a Nutshell: A straight-to-video cyberpunk science fiction mash-up of Blade Runner, Snatcher, and The Terminator, Nemesis (1992) makes up for its derivative story with incredible stunt-work, excellent practical special effects, and ludicrous gun-play. It’s a tremendously enjoyable little film.

Karate Invasion! Fly, Two Horns, Fly!

Monitor your processor run times, because Appleseed: Alpha is the Greatest Movie EVER!

Click on the Bluray cover or the title above to download our review of the film, featuring Dave and Joel from Fast Karate for the Gentleman.

Review in a Nutshell: Appleseed: Alpha has excellent visual design and some good character moments, but a weak antagonist, a derivative plot, and far too little action. Still, it has cyborgs driving things, so A+ / 5 Stars / Would Buy from Again.

Final Thought:

Oh, Two Horns. You so crazy.

Fuel up the jet pack and unpack the robot ninjas, because RoboCop 3 is definitely not the Greatest Movie EVER!

Click on the movie poster or the title above to download our review of the film, featuring Sean “Hollywood” Hunting.

Review in a Nutshell:  Urban revolutionaries, machine gun arm attachments, and Mohawk-sporting goons…somehow it all goes terribly, terribly wrong in this film directed by Fred Dekker and written by Frank Miller.  Not even Rip Torn can save this movie.

Robot + Dinosaur = NIGHTMARE!

Don’t try to salvage giant alien robots, because Terror of Mechagodzilla is

The Greatest Movie EVER!

Review in a Nutshell: The final entry in the ‘Showa’ Godzilla series, Terror of Mechagodzilla boasts the return of Ishiro Honda and a darker, more somber tone than many previous films.  The seriousness is a bit of a mismatch with the silver jumpsuits and the fan-blade butt dinosaurs.
