Sharpen up your katana, because Versus is the Greatest Movie EVER!

featuring Sean “Hollywood” Hunting and Daryl Surat of AnimeWorldOrder.

Review in a Nutshell: Frenetic, funny, and action-packed, Versus is a genre-bending action / horror / Yakuza picture with a mystic twist. It’s an independent movie with a small budget and a big heart.

UHF
Tune in, turn on, drop out, because UHF is the Greatest Movie EVER!
Click on the DVD cover or the title above to download our review of the film, featuring Sean “Hollywood” Hunting.

Review in a Nutshell: UHF is the definition of a cult classic, a movie so odd and off-kilter that you have to wonder how it got greenlit in the first place. A bad movie buoyed up by the talent and enthusiasm of the cast, UHF remains infinitely quotable twenty five years after failing to perform at the box office.

This movie contains:

uhf02General weirdness.

Red Snapper. (Very tasty.)

You’ve got the Glow, because Berry Gordy’s The Last Dragon is the Greatest Movie EVER!

Click on the DVD cover or the title above to download our review of the film, featuring Sean “Hollywood” Hunting.

Review in a Nutshell: The Last Dragon is an uneven movie. Half musical, half martial arts journey, the film suffers from a weakly-written protagonist played by a talented young athlete with no previous acting experience. It falls to the supporting cast – especially Julius J. Carry III as Sho’Nuff, the Shogun of Harlem – to carry the film.

Always wear your seatbelt, because Repo Man is the Greatest Movie EVER!

Click on the Bluray cover or the movie title above to download our review of the film, featuring Sean “Hollywood” Hunting.

Review in a Nutshell: A confluence of punk rock anarchy and self-deprecating suburban cynicism, Repo Man is also a high concept, low budget science fiction film with a bizarre sense of humor and an avante-garde edge. It’s the kind of film that could only have come from the early Eighties.

Sharpen your axes, because Kung Fu Hustle is the Greatest Movie EVER!

Click on the DVD cover or the title above to download our review of the film featuring Sean “Hollywood” Hunting.

Review in a Nutshell: A raucous, satirical celebration of martial arts films, Kung Fu Hustle is populated by an eccentric cast of unlikely heroes and villains. Stephen Chow’s film is at once funny, sentimental, and thrilling, with an excellent mix of wirework, CG, and physical skill in the fight scenes.

Break out your Tumblr bingo card, because Scott Pilgrim vs the World may not be the Greatest Movie EVER!

Click on the movie poster or the title above to download our review of the film, featuring Tom and Rachel Pandich.

Review in a Nutshell: A technically adept film with outstanding visual composition and moments of genuine humor, Scott Pilgrim vs the World is nonetheless dragged under by an onslaught of unsympathetic characters. It is the triumph of style over substance.

Click on the movie poster or the title above to download our review of the film, featuring Internet Terrorist (and Master of Air Sex) Thomas Pandich.

Review in a Nutshell: An old-fashioned horror tale with plenty of humor to lighten the mood, An American Werewolf in London also set the standard for on-screen transformation sequences that has yet to be surprassed.
